PR Card: Aerial 'wavestorm'

I think this is the 4th card I've done for

Aerial is a flying type user and wants to go beyond normal airspace, but in order to reach Rayquaza, she needs a pokemon that can be faster than her current Pidgeot's speed.
So that's why she needs Latios... She hopes to find one somewhere in the Rainbow region. She has some preowned pokemon but Reveal the later...
